5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within the timelines communicated on our website. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Yours Edit cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Yours Edit does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions and images before placing an order.

If a product arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
