We currently ship across India. As we grow, international shipping may become available for selected destinations.

2. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business daysafter payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer.

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, festivals, severe weather or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the package. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
